These GTC apply to all contracts via the online store at www.littlecub.deconcluded between Little Cub UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Wacholderberg 7, 61462 Königstein im Taunus, HRB 12160, Königstein Local Court, and its customers. Deviating terms and conditions shall only apply with written consent. The General Terms and Conditions are aimed exclusively at consumers (§ 13 BGB).

Product presentations do not constitute a binding offer. A purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance by e-mail or confirmation of dispatch.
The contract language is German. The text of the contract is not stored permanently. Customers receive an order overview by e-mail.
All prices include the statutory sales tax. Shipping costs are shown separately. Payment is processed via the service provider Mollie. The purchase price is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery to addresses within the EU. Delivery time: 3-5 working days. The risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery. Delays in delivery due to force majeure shall extend the delivery period accordingly.
The goods remain the property of Little Cub UG until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Returns from Germany are free of charge, returns from abroad are subject to a charge. Returns should be made in the original condition.
The statutory provisions shall apply. Defects must be reported within 14 days if possible. In the event of defects, there is a right to subsequent performance, reduction or withdrawal.
Liability is unlimited in the event of injury to life, limb or health. For other damages only in the case of intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited in cases of simple negligence. The Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Constant availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and external circumstances can lead to interruptions.
Only persons of legal age (18 years and over) may place orders. This is confirmed by sending the order.
The GTC are subject to change. For existing contracts, the GTC valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and BDSG. For details see: Privacy Policy

Little Cub UG does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities is the registered office of Little Cub UG.
